Customer service for orders

We are responsible for providing customer service for orders. This includes handling delivery inquiries and requests for replacements, refunds, and returns.

Generally we deliver between 3 to 5 business days in the US. It can take longer for order outside US.

Delivery inquiries

Examples that our valued customers can ask:

- Order ID

- Estimated Delivery Date

- Tracking IDs

- Carrier website 


- If a tracking ID is not available, the customer has to wait seven (7) days beyond the estimated delivery date in case the delivery was delayed. 

- If the shipment has not arrived within seven days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us. 

 - If an order is not delivered, we will initiate a reimbursement for the item. By extent in the case the item is shown delivered by the carrier we cannot reimburse the item.


Reimbursements are initiated only after the twenty-one -day waiting period has passed.

Orders delivered with a signature required are not eligible for reimbursement.

Tracking inquiries

Tracking information is available only after your order ships. If tracking details are available, you can ask them by contacting us. You will also receive an email with all the information.

The estimated ship date is a general estimate. However, if your order has not shipped by the estimated delivery date, contact us. If your order has shipped, but you still can’t see tracking information, note the following:

  • It can take a while for carriers to update their tracking information. Allow at least a day after shipment for tracking information to appear.
  • Some carriers provide tracking details, but they don’t use tracking numbers. Tracking numbers are generally not supported for international shipments.
  • Some carriers provide only the last tracking event, which is "Delivered." In these cases, we cannot provide detailed tracking information.

Customer Returns and Refund Requests

For return we will generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and a link to a shipping label with the fulfillment center address and provide it to you.


- We accept return during the 7 days after delivery.

For any damage that occurs after an order is delivered, we do not accept the return of the item. If you return a damaged item, the item will not be reimbursed.

After the return package is processed at one of our fulfillment center partner, we will evaluate its disposition (sellable, damaged). This process can take between 5 to 7 business days. 

Refund decision is immediate after the disposition results. 


For orders with ship to addresses in the United States of America, we will collect and remit sales tax according to the provided information. 

For orders with ship to addresses outside the United States of America, customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes payments to the local authorities.
